 We appreciate the courtesy of the many members who make their meal choice booking by the deadline, (usually noon on the Tuesday before the meeting). In the rare case that you are unable to do so, you must inform the SAA, and come to the restaurant half an hour early to order your meal directly. Please be aware that this disrupts the organization of the meeting and there is a limit to last-minute orders.
