The Leadership Diamond® was created by PhD Peter Koestenbaum. Peter Koestenbaum is an internationally recognized advisor on leadership issues, who has been hired for assignments by a number of world-leading companies.

Peter Koestenbaum and his partner Rolf Falkenberg, a recognized business leader, established the Koestenbaum Institute in 2001 to develop and market the Diamond.

Rolf Falkenberg will give us a brief presentation of the Diamond, which in business circles is perceived as the operating system of leadership.
